Scandic Hotel Aalborg City is in the heart of Aalborg city, close to attractions, shops, and stores, all within close walking distance. The modern and comfortable rooms are decorated in Scandinavian design. Want to explore Aalborg on two wheels? Borrow a bicycle from reception. The conference venue is easily reached by public transportation (bus stop 500 m from hotel) and the approximate travel time is 30 minutes.

Special discounts have been negotiated for EORS participants at both Scandic Hotels when booking via the below link. The special rates are valid for the nights of 17, 18, and 19 September 2024. Other nights cannot be booked using the booking code, and you should contact the hotel directly to book any such extra dates.

Travel by air

Aalborg Airport is located close to the city. Public busses from the airport leave three to five times per hour, and take around 15 minutes to reach the city centre.
From Aalborg Airport it’s possible to take a taxi to the city center (approx. 150 DKK) or use one of the local busses going to the city. The bus stop is just outside the Airport terminal, but make sure you take the bus in the right direction.

Travel by train

Aalborg Railway station is located in the city center and allows conference attendees to travel to Aalborg from almost all European countries with comfort and ease.
