* EORS New Investigators are defined as university students (undergraduate or graduate) or employees of an academic institution in the field of orthopaedic research, who have obtained their doctoral degree (MS, MD, PhD, DVM) or orthopaedic residency within the past 5 years

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing to registration@cap-partner.eu
Refund of registration fees will be granted as follows:
Received on or before August 05th, 2024: a processing fee of 350DKK per cancellation will be charged.
After August 5th, 2024: No refund. To prevent food waste there will be a 250 DKK fee if you have registered for the conference after-party and do not attend.
Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the congress. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
Payment
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), credit card (Master or VISA), or EAN invoicing. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and the only copy you will receive.
Registration fees will be charged in DKK (VAT exempt). Add-ons can be subject to 25% VAT. EORS 2024 is registered under the congress secretariat VAT number 34599963. It is required that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply.
Disclaimer
In case the conference is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the fees will be refunded after expenses incurred by the meeting, have been deducted.
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
Participants can request an official invitation letter via online registration. The letter will only be issued to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full. Please note that the letter aims to assist participants who need to obtain a visa, or permission to attend the conference, and is not an official invitation letter covering fees or any other expenses.
If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the conference secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received before 2 September 2024.
