Poster instructions
Guidelines for Poster Presenters
A poster presentation combines a visual display on a poster board of the highlights of research with a question-and-answer opportunity. The poster will be available for viewing by participants during all hours of the conference. All participants are encouraged to visit the posters in the breaks and contact the main author during the conference when it is feasible.
Poster viewing during Welcome reception:
The Welcome Reception will take place in the poster area and will be combined with the Poster viewing. Participants will have the opportunity to review the Posters, and we kindly ask presenters to remain near their posters to discuss their work. The event will be informal, encouraging flexibility and fostering networking opportunities.
Your abstract for the poster presentation is available to read in the online programme at the Welcome Reception & Poster viewing here.
